About Nicole
Registered Nutritionist | Recipe Writer | Foodie
Hello and welcome!
I’m an Auckland-based nutritionist, recipe-writer, speaker & massive foodie. I also love travelling, reading, animals, sunshine and a good coffee.
I’ve always loved food and been interested in health, but I can’t say I’ve always had the healthiest relationship with food. I can relate when my clients share challenges about dieting or being frustrated with food, because I have been there too.
This lived experience, and also my clinical experience working alongside patients who have been through bariatric surgery have taught me so much, and deeply impacted my perspectives on nutrition and the habits we have around food.
I care about what you eat, but more importantly how you think and relate to food. This perspective is at the core of everything I do, so you will never hear me promoting diets, restrictive eating patterns, or an all-or-nothing approach to nutrition.
Over the years, I have developed a passion for supporting women who are approaching perimenopause and menopause to improve their energy, stress, weight management and/or relationship with food. So many women feel overwhelmed during this season of life, and I love being able to offer guidance that brings clarity and a greater sense of ease - not more to stress about.
We can work together through:
1:1 Consultations - for those of you who are ready to fast-track your health with the highest level of support
Webinars or Workshops - if you’re seeking evidence-based education on relevant topics
Small Group Bariatric Coaching - a specialist service I offer with Tailor Clinics. Flick me a message if you’d like to be added to the waitlist for the next round
Recipe Ebooks - if you’re seeking simple and delicious meals that the whole family will love
Thank you for being here. If you have any questions or just want to chat about whether we’re the right fit, always feel free to reach out.
